Born in Montreal, Canada, of Italian-Venezuelan descent, Vincenzo Bisignano Castillo currently serves as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
Between 2008 and 2014, Vincenzo had the opportunity to work as a Corporate Counselor at a recognized non-profit organization in the Montérégie region, mandated by the Ministry of Immigration of Quebec (MIFI). Alongside his team and in collaboration with officials and leaders from various institutions and organizations, his primary responsibility was to promote regionalization, open doors at companies, and establish new connections with owners and managers of both large and small businesses to facilitate the hiring of skilled immigrants. During this period, he helped over four hundred individuals and their families navigate the complex process of finding employment, as well as supporting their adaptation and socio-professional integration. This experience also enabled him to develop strategies to ensure a smooth transition and rapid settlement for these families in the region.
In 2015, Vincenzo founded his own company, ImmigraPro Canada Inc., based on a unique model that provides Canadian employers with a comprehensive service combining the recruitment of qualified international workers with legal assistance and immigration representation. Today, Vincenzo enjoys an outstanding reputation, thanks to the excellent relationships he maintains with hundreds of companies and individuals who continue to trust him and attest to the quality of his services.
In addition,Vincenzo Bisignano Castillo is a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and an active member of the Canadian Immigration Consultants Regulatory Council (ICCRC). With accreditation number R515513, he is authorized to assist and represent you throughout your immigration process with the Canadian government.
Vincenzo is also Commissioner of Oaths for the Province of Quebec and outside of Quebec under permit No. 220858 issued by the Quebec Ministry of Justice.
