Born in Montreal, Canada, of Italian-Venezuelan origin, Vincenzo Bisignano Castillo serves today as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
Between 2008 and 2014 Vincenzo had the opportunity to work as a Corporate Counselor in a recognized non-profit organization located in the Montérégie region and mandated by the Ministry of Immigration of Quebec (MIFI). Together with his work team and with the collaboration of officials and heads of various other institutions and organizations, his main work and responsibility during all these years has been to promote regionalization, open doors in companies and create new ties with owners and managers of large and small industries for hiring skilled qualified immigrants. During this period, he was able to help more than four hundred people and their families through the complex process of finding and obtaining a job as well as in their adaptation and socio-professional integration process. This experience also led him to develop mechanisms that could guarantee an adequate transition and a quick installation of these families in the region.
In 2015, Vincenzo Bisignano Castillo decides to found his own company, ImmigraPro Canada Inc., under a unique work model through which today he offers to Canadian employers a complete service that combines the recruitment of qualified international workers to legal assistance and immigration representation. Vincenzo Bisignano enjoys today a remarkable reputation thanks to the excellent relationship he maintains with hundreds of companies and people who continue to place their trust in him and who testify today about the quality of his services
In addition, Vincenzo Bisignano Castillo is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (CRIC) and an active member of the Canadian Immigration Consultants Regulatory Board (ICCRC) with the number R515513. He’s a Consultant recognized by the Ministry of Immigration, Francisation and Integration of Quebec ( MIFI) under number 11725, accreditations that allow you to offer legal assistance to keep immigration files before the Canadian government and those that also have to do with the province of Quebec.
Vincenzo is also Commissioner of Oaths for the Province of Quebec and outside of Quebec under permit No. 220858 issued by the Quebec Ministry of Justice.
